The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikolaiev has Hudson up against the cage in a clinch.
Nikolaiev manages to break the clinch.
Nikolaiev slaps away a takedown attempt from Hudson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hudson shoots in but no luck this time.

Hudson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Hudson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hudson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Nikolaiev to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Quinton Hudson has been cut.

Nikolaiev fails to land with a series of punches.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Nikolaiev.

Nikolaiev rushes Hudson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hudson keeps control of Nikolaiev as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
A frustrated look appears on Nikolaiev's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Nikolaiev breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nikolaiev scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nikolaiev catches Hudson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Hudson is rocked!
Hudson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nikolaiev counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Hudson out cold! What a finish! Nikolaiev is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
