Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Cathaway (ranked 3658 p4p, 420 weight class) and Huffy Sanna (ranked 2330 p4p, 293 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanna tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sanna fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Cathaway looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sanna tries to work over Cathaway's front leg with a kick but Cathaway checks it.
Cathaway misses the shot to the body.
Cathaway scores with a jab. Sanna acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Huffy Sanna has been cut.
Cathaway waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sanna.
Sanna is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Cathaway connects with a body shot that sends Sanna's belly button to the back.
Cathaway takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
A telegraphed right hand from Cathaway misses the target.
Sanna flicks out a counter leg kick but Cathaway steps away.
Sanna steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Cathaway. That one must have hurt.
Cathaway definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Sanna misses with an uppercut. Cathaway saw that one coming.
An attempted straight right counter from Cathaway misses the target.
Sanna scores with a hook to the body. Cathaway takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sanna with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Cathaway swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cathaway. Sanna does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cathaway uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sanna.
Cathaway uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sanna.
Some wild striking there from Sanna.

Cathaway thuds a left hand into Sanna's body.
Cathaway checks a leg kick.
Cathaway connects with a nice looking jab.
Sanna fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Sanna walks into a straight right hand from Cathaway.
Sanna is rocked!
That has opened up Huffy Sanna's cut even more.
Cathaway lands a big right hook! Sanna looks hurt but is still standing! Cathaway lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Sanna falls down and Cathaway dives in with a huge hammer fist! Sanna's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Cathaway runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jimmy Cathaway!
