The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curran walks forward, straight into a front kick from Beaumont.
Curran has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hey Steves Fight Shack in the buildup to the fight.
Curran rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Beaumont counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Beaumont walks into a left hand.

It looks like Cavey Beaumont has been cut.
Beaumont throws an overhand right that lands on Curran's shoulder, as Curran tries to avoid the shot.
Beaumont's jab looks to have found its range, popping Curran under the eye.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Curran throws a half hearted mid kick.
Beaumont scores with a jab.
Beaumont's corner calls for a 1-2. Beaumont obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Beaumont pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Curran appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Beaumont scores with a nice head shot.
Curran misses with a straight left.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Beaumont scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Curran doesn't seem bothered though.
Curran throws a hook but Beaumont avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Curran throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Beaumont tries a head kick but it misses.
Curran ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Beaumont moves away.
Curran throws an overhand right that lands on Beaumont's shoulder, as Beaumont tries to avoid the shot.
Curran takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Curran looks to score with a jab to the body but Beaumont is just out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Curran keeps the fight on the outside.
Curran fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beaumont manages to avoid it.
Beaumont lands the left hand.
Beaumont takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
No joy there for Beaumont, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Beaumont tries to clinch there but Curran circles away.
Randy Curran is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Beaumont misses with a hook.
Beaumont connects with a high kick.
Beaumont throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Curran throws a head kick that misses
letting Beaumont counter with a right hand.
Beaumont closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Curran throws a hook but Beaumont avoids it easily.
Beaumont lands a head shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Curran circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Beaumont drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Curran follows Beaumont to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
