Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Warlus Punch (ranked 4852 p4p, 403 weight class) and Irshaad Sayed (ranked 4085 p4p, 363 weight class). Punch comes to the cage accompanied by Jonas Blue - Mama ft. William Singe. Irshaad Sayed will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sayed scores with a jab to the body.
Horrible takedown attempt by Punch or perhaps it was just good defense by Sayed, which made it look bad.
A left lands for Sayed.
Good leg kick by Sayed there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sayed just misses with a punch to the body.
Sayed throws a sloppy head kick and Punch moves out of range easily.
Warlus Punch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sayed lands a lovely overhand right.
Sayed throws a quick inside leg kick.
Sayed connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Sayed scores with a decent looking hook.
Punch doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Sayed counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sayed paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sayed throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Punch darts in looking for a takedown but Sayed gets double underhooks and turns Punch into the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Warlus Punch. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Punch shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sayed defends it nicely.
Sayed scores with a jab. Punch acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Punch shoots in but no luck this time.
An inside leg kick lands from Sayed.
Sayed fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Punch has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Sayed listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Sayed clobbers Punch with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Punch takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sayed jabs Punch to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Punch on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Sayed lets loose with a powerful body kick. Punch will feel that in the morning.
Sayed swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sayed has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Punch shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sayed as he avoids it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Punch fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sayed appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
No luck for Punch with that takedown attempt.
Sayed stuffs the takedown.
Sayed throws a head kick that Punch semi-blocks.
Sayed keeps Punch at a distance using the push kick.
Sayed cracks Punch with a good jab.
Sayed has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Punch fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sayed lands a jab to Punch's midsection.
Sayed lands a really nice looking cross but Punch seems unphased.
Sayed lands a leg kick that knocks Punch off balance momentarily.
Sayed connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
A left lands for Sayed.
Punch walks into a left hand.
Punch fails with a takedown attempt.
Sayed feints a jab promting Punch to slip. Sayed then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Punch slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Punch shoots in for a takedown but Sayed shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Sayed! But no joy.
Sayed cracks Punch with an open hand slap.
Sayed throws a leg kick which misses Punch's front leg but catches the back leg as Punch tries to avoid it.
A left lands for Sayed.

Danga de danga de dang - Sayed scores with a four punch combination!

Punch is rocked!
Punch closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Oh Punch is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sayed lands with a nice combination. Punch backs away looking to recover.

Sayed is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Punch had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Sayed lands a head kick!
A looping hook to the body misses from Sayed. Punch does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sayed throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Punch tries for a takedown but Sayed circles away easily
and Sayed counters with a left and a right that stings Punch.
Sayed lands a brutal head kick. Punch looks out on his feet and Sayed throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
