Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hall drives through and clinches with John against the cage.
John's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
John is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hall.
It looks like George John has been cut.
John moves out of range as Hall throws a body kick.
John is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Hall circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hall drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
John wants to get back to his feet but Hall is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hall lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
John has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Hall has passed into side control.

Hall tries to score with some ground and pound. John controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Hall has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hall loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have John scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Hall land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Hall stands and salutes the crowd.
