Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyon throws a lazy uppercut

and Silva counters with a single leg into guard. Lyon didn't expect that.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lyon can do anything to dispel that myth.

Lyon throws a lazy right hand but Silva sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Silva is looking to counter the offense by Lyon and move into the clinch.
Silva on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Leslie Silva has been cut.
Lyon throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Silva sees it coming and avoids it easily.
As Lyon tries to get set, Silva tries to push him back and clinch up but Lyon manages to avoid the attempt.

Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Lyon, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Lyon against the cage but Lyon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The fighters circling - Lyon throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Silva gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Lyon points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Silva wakes up just in time to hear Lyon thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
