The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fairbanks throws a lazy right hand but Manuel sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Fairbanks misses with a looping right.
Fairbanks scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Manuel looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Manuel tries to move into range but Fairbanks moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Manuel is rocked!

It looks like Peter Manuel has been cut.
Fairbanks closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Manuel! Fairbanks dives in looking to finish! Manuel is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

A relieved looking Desmond Fairbanks thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
