The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doumbe slips a straight right by Nagata .
Doumbe swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nagata counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Cedric Doumbe has been cut.
Doumbe misses with an uppercut. Nagata saw that one coming.
Nagata throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Doumbe seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Doumbe tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nagata was well out of range. Poor timing from Doumbe.
A little jabbing left from Nagata on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

and Doumbe takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

A looping hook to the body misses from Doumbe. Nagata does a little dance to reset his feet.

We've been informed that Nagata has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nagata drops Doumbe with a naaaaasty hook - Doumbe is in real trouble here! Nagata dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
