And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Terry Bogard!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kennedy looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Kennedy sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Kennedy is working Bogard over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Kennedy slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bogard can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bogard wants to stand and escape but Kennedy is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kennedy postures up and lands a big shot to Bogard's brow.
Bogard utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Kennedy is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Kennedy passes into half guard.
Kennedy content to control rather than advance.
Kennedy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kennedy is trying for a kimura here. Bogard looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Kennedy wins by kimura!
