Callahan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Tsar Bomba. Heavy Weight could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jon Callahan's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weight throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Callahan fails with a takedown attempt.
Weight swings for the body but Callahan moves out of range.
Callahan is looking to clinch but Weight is avoiding it.

Callahan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Weight sprawls well initially but Callahan persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Callahan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Callahan is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Weight sees it coming and defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Callahan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Callahan slips a nice elbow through Weight's hands, connecting with Weight's forehead.

Callahan is trying to control the action in half guard but Weight is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Weight has his hands clasped together around Callahan's back. He's all about the action.
Callahan is trying to control. Weight wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Weight is doing well to control the position and prevent Callahan from advancing to side control.
Weight moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Callahan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Weight bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Callahan's head.

It looks like Jon Callahan has been cut.

and Weight counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Weight.
Callahan tries to circle away but Weight has him pinned against the cage.
Callahan fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Weight lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Nice body punch from Weight - that landed with a thud.
Callahan is trying to drag Weight to the mat but Weight just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Heavy Weight has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Callahan.

Callahan has Weight pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Weight manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Weight lands an uppercut.
Callahan can't break the clinch.
Callahan wants to break free but Weight has control.
Callahan goes for a takedown in the clinch but Weight prevents it.
Callahan looks winded!
Weight lands a right hand.

Weight drops Callahan onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Callahan is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Callahan is rocked!
Weight lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Callahan is still on wobbly legs! Can Weight finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Weight lands a big right hand that drops Callahan! The killer instinct kicks in and Weight finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Weight!
