Egorov tries for a takedown but Rhodes circles away easily

and Rhodes counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Egorov is looking to break free of the clinch but Rhodes has double underhooks.

Rhodes throws a sloppy head kick and Egorov moves out of range easily.
Egorov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

Egorov drops down looking for an ankle pick but Rhodes pulls his leg out and moves away.
Dusty Rhodes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexey Egorov.

Rhodes has Egorov up against the ropes in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Egorov is trying to push Rhodes away but Rhodes has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.

Rhodes drops down looking for an ankle pick but Egorov pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rhodes blocks a head kick by Egorov.
Rhodes fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Egorov avoids it really well and circles away.
Rhodes checks a low kick from Egorov.
A low kick from Rhodes is predictable there

and Egorov counters with a shoot takedown. Rhodes fights it but they end up in guard.
Egorov forces his way into half guard.

Egorov in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Rhodes tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Egorov!
