Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between TJ Heisman (ranked 1316 p4p, 144 weight class) and Maki Pulu (ranked 1539 p4p, 175 weight class). Pulu has chosen Alive as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heisman jabs Pulu right on the nose. Pulu blinks but takes it well.
Heisman wants to land a leg kick but Pulu is out of range.
Pulu misses the jab.
Pulu has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Heisman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Good shot there by Heisman.
It looks like Maki Pulu has been cut.
A nice inside leg kick there by Heisman. That's going to slow Pulu down.
Maki Pulu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pulu shoots in and bounces Heisman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Heisman wants to improve his position but instead Pulu has moved into half guard.

Pulu slows the pace down in half guard.

Pulu has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Heisman defend it? Pulu steps over the head and cranks it - Heisman is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Pulu!
