Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alessandro Angeli!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen scores with a hook.
Allen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Allen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Allen is pushing down on Angeli's leg trying to pass to half guard. Angeli is fighting to maintain full guard but Allen has managed to sneak the leg through.

Allen is trying to work for a kimura but Angeli is defending well.
Allen working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Allen connects with a nice short shot to Angeli's temple.

Allen looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Allen in particular looking to stall.
Angeli has hold of Allen's hands but Allen slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Allen is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Angeli is hurt! He's hurt bad - Allen fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Angeli from any more punishment! Congratulations to Allen! Great finish!
