The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lawang feints and then cracks Irvin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Irvin down.
Lawang is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Irvin can do to turn this around?

Irvin shoots in and bounces Lawang off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Irvin has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lawang is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Irvin yanks on the arm and Lawang is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Irvin.
