Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Galen Dall (ranked 452 p4p, 73 weight class) and Dean Corll (ranked 763 p4p, 109 weight class). Dall's entrance music is Red - Alredy Over. A fine choice. Corll is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Candyman. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dall slips under a jab from Corll.
Corll throws a left and a right that both miss

and Dall decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Corll's guard.
Dall pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Corll is keeping the position for now.

Corll is looking for a triangle but Dall pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Corll keeping moving, preventing Dall from controlling successfully.
Dall slips nicely into half guard.
Corll has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Corll wants to get back to full guard.
Corll is trying to control but can't.
Dall is looking to advance position but Corll won't allow it.

Well, if Dall is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Dall is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Corll is just riding it out for now. Dall eventually gives up the hold.
Dall passes to side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Dall wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Corll, who protects the arm well.

Dall thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Dall looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Dall is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Corll knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Dall has an Americana. Corll didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Dall is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Dall hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

A very excited looking Galen Dall rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
