The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Breed fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Perez on the side of the head.

It looks like Pedro Perez has been cut.
Perez fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Perez fails with an attempt to clinch.

Breed clinches with his opponent.
Perez tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Breed just stands there and leans against the cage.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Perez wants to take the fight to the mat but Breed manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pedro Perez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Perez has Breed pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Breed manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Breed makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Breed lands a hook that snaps the head of Perez backwards.
Oh Perez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are playing wrist control here with Perez pressed against the cage. Breed frees himself up and cracks Perez with an uppercut straight from the bowels of hell! Perez crumples to the floor, out cold! Breed jumps on to the cage and takes in the roar of the crowd! That was nasty!
