Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between John Johnston (ranked 4887 p4p, 400 weight class) and Evandro Luisi (ranked 4749 p4p, 395 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Luisi, as that shot connected.
Johnston really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Luisi uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Johnston has time to react.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that John Johnston will probably get the nod.

Luisi has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Johnston seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Luisi can turn it around.
