Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Black (ranked 1899 p4p, 262 weight class) and Amr Al As (ranked 2003 p4p, 273 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Amr Al As!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Black misses
and Al As counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Black throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Amr Al As seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed right hand from Al As misses the target.
It looked like Black wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Black throws the left hand but Al As avoids the punch easily.
Al As misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Black.
Black was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Al As avoids the body shot from Black.
Black lands a nice shot to the body.
Al As dips to his left and cracks Black with an uppercut!
Al As jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Black looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Black cracks Al As with a right hand to the side of the head.
Al As misses with a hook.
Al As takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Black clobbers Al As with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Black connects with a solid leg kick.
Al As cracks Black with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Al As cracks Black with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

A cross from Al As lands.
Black looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Black dodges the punch combination from Al As.
Black is looking to counter punch.
A low kick from Black misses
and Al As counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Black on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Black walks into a left hand.
Black walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Al As checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Al As throws out a counter right but Black avoids it with no problem.
A jab from Al As does it's job there.
Black punishes Al As's body with a nice straight punch.
Black ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Black takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Al As is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Black had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Black lands a glancing blow to the side of Al As's head.

Al As slips under a jab from Black.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Black, right into the meat.

Al As changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Al As has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Black takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Al As throws a lazy right hand but Black sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Black is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Al As.

Black throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Al As throws a combination that misses
and Black counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Al As thinking.

Black throws a body punch but Al As moves out of range.
Black looks for the body kick but Al As saw that one coming.

Al As steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Black. That one must have hurt.
Black takes a jab right on the kisser.
Al As with a nice cross.
Al As scores with a nice right hand.
Al As lands a head shot.
Al As cracks Black with an open hand slap.
Black throws a hook but Al As avoids it easily.
Al As fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A big right from Al As misses.
The crowd cheers as Al As lands an impressive looking overhand right. Black doesn't seem phased though.

A swing and a miss from Black.
Black displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Al As throws out the jab.
Black tries to work over Al As's front leg with a kick but Al As checks it.

Al As moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Al As slips under a jab.
Black looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Black lands with a kick to the ribs.
Al As swinging wildly here.
Al As throws out a loose jab but Black uses good head movement to avoid it.
Black ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Black scores with a shot to the body.
Black scores with a spinning back kick!
Al As misses with a body shot.
Al As throws a jab when Black was well out of range.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Black tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Al As paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Black counters with a nice leg kick.
Black throws the kick towards the body but Al As avoids it.
Black has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Black there as he acknowledges the shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Amr Al As dominated that round.
That's time! Black's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Al As takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Al As throws a looping overhand right but Black ducks down to avoid it.

Al As misses with a hook. Black ducked under it nicely.
Al As ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Al As waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Black.
Black looks for the body kick but Al As saw that one coming.

Al As might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

As Black backs off Al As throws a huge counter combo but Black manages to avoid it all.
Al As throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Black moves into range and connects with a jab.

Al As takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Black misses with a low kick.
Al As looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Al As stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Black moves in looking to clinch but Al As pushes him off.
Amr Al As seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Black throws a body punch but Al As moves out of range.

Al As lands a really nice looking cross but Black seems unphased.

and Al As counters with a nice body shot.
Al As throws a hook but Black avoids it easily.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Black might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Black lands with a nice body punch.

and Al As counters with a stiff right hand.
Black throws a head kick that half lands.
Al As slips under a jab.

Al As lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Black is rocked!
Al As thuds a left hand into Black's body.
Oh Black is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Black looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Al As misses with a left hand
and Black connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Black seems to have got his legs back now.
Al As throws a jab but it's blocked by Black.
Al As has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Al As uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Black.
A left lands for Al As.
Al As on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Black. Black obviously looking to wear him down.

Black takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Al As fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Black manages to avoid it.

Al As lands with a nice body punch.
Al As misses with a hook. Black ducked under it nicely.
Al As cracks Black with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Al As has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Black to stand back up!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Al As drops Black with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Black looks back up at him and smiles so Al As waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Al As gets tackled into the cage by Black. Black maintains the clinch.
Black throws a head punch that misses.
Al As drops Black onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Black is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Al As.
A head punch on the inside from Black fails to land.
Black is looking to control Al As's arms but Al As gets an underhook and turns him. Now Black has his back to the cage.
Al As throws a head punch that misses.
Black blocking some punches.

Al As misses with a short punch on the inside.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Al As.
Al As fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Al As blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Black blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Al As swings wildly with an uppercut but Black uses good head movement to avoid it.
Al As pushes Black back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Al As.
Black trying to stall but Al As improves his position.
Al As throws a punch but it's blocked by Black.
Black misses with a punch on the inside.
Al As lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Amr Al As showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Al As takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Al As, as that shot connected.
Al As lands with an overhand left.

Al As closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Black! Al As dives in looking to finish! Black is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Amr Al As!
Amr Al As seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
