PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Magnum (ranked 22892 p4p, 798 weight class) and Gilmar Mendes (ranked 25117 p4p, 813 weight class). Magnum comes to the cage accompanied by I am Stronger. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Magnum lands a left and a right that send Mendes crashing to the mat, dazed. Magnum thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Mendes crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Magnum - the referee stops the clock and Mendes gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Magnum. Mendes manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
