Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strongman blocks a head kick by Spartak.

Strongman pushes Spartak up against the cage in a clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Strongman throws an elbow but misses.

Spartak has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Strongman uses from the top position.
Strongman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Strongman throws a strike but Spartak rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Spartak slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Strongman is looking to stand up but Spartak isn't so interested in that idea.

Spartak thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Strongman wants to get back to his feet but Spartak is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Strongman can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Spartak controls the pace.
Spartak passes Strongman's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Spartak is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Spartak seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Spartak wants to take a breather but Strongman is having none of it.

Strongman tries to kick Spartak off but Spartak keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Strongman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Strongman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Spartak on the ground.

Strongman is not content to let Spartak control the position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Spartak is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Strongman is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
