The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luther has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Boretti.
Luther walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Boretti scoring well with a low kick there.
A combination from Boretti does no damage.
Luther with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boretti to score with a decent uppercut.
A telegraphed right hand from Boretti misses the target.

Luther rushes Boretti and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Luther misses with a hook from the clinch.
Luther throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Boretti lands a nice shot to the body.
Luther misses with the head strike.
Boretti tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Boretti tries a body shot but Luther blocks it.
Luther blocks an uppercut.
Luther lands with a light punch inside.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Luther's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Luther manages to break the clinch.
Boretti throws a quick inside leg kick.

Boretti lands with a thumping leg kick.
Boretti throws a half hearted mid kick.
Luther appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Luther takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Boretti moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Boretti lands a big uppercut and Luther crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Luther looks OK. Boretti waves Luther back to his feet!

Luther is rocked!

Oh Luther is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boretti connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Luther to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Boretti!

Matteo Boretti spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
