Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Arones (ranked 915 p4p, 22 weight class) and Antonio Montana (ranked 1025 p4p, 27 weight class). Arones comes to the cage accompanied by Lonely is the night. Montana has chosen Push it to the Limit as his entrance music. Antonio Montana told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montana throws a hook but Arones blocks it.
Antonio Montana seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arones throws a body shot but no joy.
Montana lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Montana throws a shot from downtown. Arones moves away and avoids it.
Montana throws a chopping leg kick but Arones manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Montana shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Montana has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Arones lands with an uppercut that bounces Montana off the cage and back into range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
