Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Casper Alvbris (ranked 3350 p4p, 361 weight class) and Devon Laz (ranked 4984 p4p, 493 weight class). Alvbris's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Slayer - Bloodline. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Devon Laz was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laz throws a head kick that misses.

Alvbris has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Laz is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Alvbris breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Alvbris bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Laz tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Alvbris pushes a forearm under Laz's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Laz is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
