The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scandrick has taken the fight to the clinch.
Scandrick creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Jak's defenses.

It looks like Harsh Jak has been cut.
With the fighters up against the cage, Scandrick throws an elbow but misses.
Jak tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Scandrick just stands there and leans against the cage.

Jak has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Scandrick uses from the top position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Scandrick wants to clinch up but Jak keeps it at a distance.
Scandrick tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jak manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Scandrick drops his hands momentarily and Jak takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Jak drops Scandrick with a beautiful combination! Scandrick stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jak is looking for the KO!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jak avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jak throws a big counter combination but Scandrick scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Scandrick is still on wobbly legs! Can Jak finish him?
Jak throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Jak is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Scandrick hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
