Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Grega Bollete (ranked 7438 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richie Sambora (ranked 4389 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Richie Sambora was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bollete takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bollete moves forwards but Sambora connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Bollete takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Sambora connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bollete momentarily.
Sambora catches Bollete with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Sambora scores with a hook.
Bollete takes one to the side of the head.
A lazy left from Sambora finds it's target.
Sambora connects with the punch.

Bollete misses with a takedown
and Sambora counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bollete.
Richie Sambora seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sambora lands a body shot.

Sambora shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bollete napping and manages to drive through into side control!
