Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jimbo Nice (ranked 3539 p4p, 176 weight class) and Luc Kleynen (ranked 9014 p4p, 331 weight class). Kleynen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Best UFC entrance of all time!!!. Luc Kleynen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Kleynen misses.

Nice uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kleynen.
Nice has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Nice shoots in for a takedown but Kleynen shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A nice side step and Kleynen releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Nice changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kleynen tries to avoid it but Nice manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kleynen to the ground. Kleynen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jimbo Nice. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kleynen tries to kick Nice off but Nice keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Nice maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Kleynen could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Nice has cracked it and Kleynen is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Nice!
