Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Parker Glenn (ranked 8679 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silat Indo (ranked 5724 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Parker Glenn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Silat Indo!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Indo throws a wild body kick that Glenn sees coming a mile off.

Indo takes the fight into the clinch.
Glenn tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Glenn on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Indo stalling in the clinch but Glenn improves position.

Indo jumps into guard, dragging Glenn to the mat.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Indo is trying to pull guard but Glenn turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Indo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Glenn walks away with a smile on his face. Indo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Indo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Glenn, pushing him back against the cage.

Indo tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Glenn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Indo has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Glenn is working away from the top position though.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Glenn lands strikes from half guard.
Glenn not doing much here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Glenn thows a huge punch but Indo dodges it nicely.

That was a close round but I would say that Parker Glenn will probably get the nod.

Glenn has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Indo is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Glenn has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

That was a close second round but I would say that Parker Glenn will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Glenn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Indo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Glenn, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
