The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glover misses with a leg kick

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Hemmo throws a lazy right hand but Glover sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Glover takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Hemmo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Glover swats him away and circles back towards the center.

It looks like Paha Hemmo has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hemmo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Glover throws a quick counter kick to the body but Hemmo avoids it.
Hemmo closes the distance and clinches up with Glover, looking for a takedown. Hemmo pushes Glover against the cage but Glover circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hemmo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Glover.
Hemmo looks to score with a jab to the body but Glover is just out of range.

Glover dips a shoulder and cracks Hemmo with a mighty uppercut! Hemmo falls back against the cage and Glover unloads with a barrage of strikes! Hemmo is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Glover screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
