Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kassim Suluhu (ranked 4841 p4p, 225 weight class) and Takeru Kubota (ranked 8872 p4p, 324 weight class). Kubota is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Devilman No Uta. Takeru Kubota has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kassim Suluhu's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suluhu shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kubota as he jumps to the side.
Kubota throws out a counter right but Suluhu avoids it with no problem.
Suluhu scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Suluhu shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kubota is trying to defend but Suluhu finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Suluhu pushes Kubota away with a front kick.
Suluhu fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Suluhu connects with a body shot that sends Kubota's belly button to the back.

Kubota uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Suluhu has time to react.

Suluhu manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kubota on his heels. He'll look to pass Kubota's guard now, I'm sure.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kubota bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Suluhu's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
