Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ivor Colde!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ricardo Stewart!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart misses with a combination

and Colde counters with a single leg into guard. Stewart didn't expect that.

Colde drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Stewart manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Colde has Stewart in his guard.

Stewart drops back looking for a leg! Colde is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Colde manages to kick Stewart off! Stewart jumps back into Colde's guard.
Colde definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Colde wants to sweep here but Stewart controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Colde seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Colde bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stewart's guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Colde has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

and Colde counters with a shoot takedown. Stewart fights it but they end up in guard.

Colde is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Stewart throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Colde feinted with a counter takedown.
Stewart will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Colde decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stewart's guard.

Stewart kicks Colde off and gets to his feet.

and Colde counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Stewart really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Colde. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Colde controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Colde thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Stewart is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Stewart is breathing heavily.

Colde is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Colde content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Stewart throws a leg kick that is checked

and Colde counters with a takedown into side control.
Stewart tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Colde keeps control of the position easily here as Stewart tries to buck him off.
Colde has the hooks in. Stewart is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Colde has got one arm under Stewart's chin. This could be trouble... Stewart trying to control the other hand but Colde gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Stewart has tapped out! The fight is over!
