The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moody closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tyson to the mat! Tyson manages to get full guard.
Tyson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

As Tyson tries to get set, Moody tries to push him back and clinch up but Tyson manages to avoid the attempt.

Moody shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Moody showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Moody is defended easily by Tyson.
No joy there for Tyson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mike Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tyson sneaks out the side door and pushes Moody away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tyson throws a series of punches but Moody avoids them all with ease.

and Moody counters with a two punch combo.
Tyson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Brain Moody will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
