Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Koreshkov (ranked 1665 p4p, 217 weight class) and Ludo Van Veen (ranked 1066 p4p, 151 weight class). Van Veen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Give it ALL. Alexander Koreshkov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Koreshkov postures up in Van Veen's guard and throws a big left but Van Veen blocks it.

Koreshkov is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Van Veen is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Van Veen has escaped and now he's on top!

Koreshkov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Koreshkov isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Van Veen stacks Koreshkov on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Van Veen!

Well Van Veen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
