Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Francesco Skrarez (ranked 22848 p4p, 513 weight class) and Love Machine (ranked 4175 p4p, 336 weight class). Machine is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tubthumping. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skrarez closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Skrarez misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Machine.

Skrarez is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Machine is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Machine is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Skrarez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Machine swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Skrarez obliges.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Machine has his foot on Skrarez's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Skrarez works his way back into a safe position though.
