The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Rangel. Rangel circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like David Rangel has been cut.
Jackson just misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson thuds a left hand into Rangel's body.
Jackson tests Rangel's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jackson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Rangel at a distance.
Rangel is breathing heavily.
Jackson jabs Rangel to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Jackson catches Rangel with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Rangel walks straight into a right hand from Jackson - that's dropped him! Jackson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Rangel from any more punishment! Rangel complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
