With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hades Anderson!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Chad Campbell and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lupertazzi, who protects the arm well.

and Lupertazzi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Lupertazzi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lupertazzi was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Lupertazzi has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lupertazzi there as he acknowledges the shot.
Anderson scores with a decent looking hook.
Lupertazzi throws a shot from downtown. Anderson moves away and avoids it.
Anderson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lupertazzi throws out the jab.
Anderson has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Lupertazzi just misses with a elbow thrown towards Anderson's brow.

Lupertazzi manages to break the clinch.
Lupertazzi misses with the combination.
Anderson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Anderson has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Anderson lands a nice shot to the body.
Lupertazzi tries to clinch but Anderson moves out of range.
Anderson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.


It looks like Diego Lupertazzi has been cut.
Nice straight punches there by Anderson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Anderson.


Lupertazzi is rocked!
Hades Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lupertazzi glances at the clock... BAM! Anderson nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Lupertazzi crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Lupertazzi is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hades Anderson!
In his post fight interview, Hades Anderson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
