PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wabricio Ferdum (ranked 2595 p4p, 283 weight class) and Adam Breneman (ranked 3430 p4p, 365 weight class). Ferdum comes to the cage accompanied by PARIS - the devil made me do it. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Breneman misses with a left hand
and Ferdum counters with a nice body shot.
Ferdum darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Breneman attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Ferdum thuds his right hand into Breneman's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Adam Breneman has been cut.
Ferdum throws a lazy right hand but Breneman sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Ferdum drops Breneman with a right and a left! Ferdum comes rushing in but Breneman regains his composure and manages to keep Ferdum in guard.

Ferdum is pushing down on Breneman's leg trying to pass to half guard. Breneman is fighting to maintain full guard but Ferdum has managed to sneak the leg through.

Ferdum lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Breneman quite badly. Breneman pulls Ferdum in close trying to recover. Ferdum postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Breneman on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Breneman doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
