The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ronaldo closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bullis did well to prevent Ronaldo getting side control.
Bullis wants to control but Ronaldo is keeping busy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bullis is looking to control Ronaldo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bullis avoid being mounted?

Ronaldo winds up and cracks Bullis with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Bullis is defending against the submission attempts here by Ronaldo.

Bullis is trying to control but can't.

Ronaldo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bullis doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ronaldo.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bullis gets back to full guard.
Ronaldo tries to free his leg and advance position but Bullis is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ronaldo has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bullis to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Ronaldo is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bullis pulls down on the head and he's put Ronaldo to sleep! This one is all over!
