Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mirko Filipovic (ranked 6409 p4p, 537 weight class) and Josh Alli (ranked 8235 p4p, 583 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Mirko Filipovic has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mirko Filipovic seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alli clinches up with Filipovic and pushes him back against the ropes.
Alli blocks a body shot from Filipovic.

Alli breaks from the clinch.
Filipovic lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Alli closes the distance and clinches.
Filipovic lands a hook that snaps the head of Alli backwards.

Alli escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Filipovic throws a quick inside leg kick.
Alli fails with a takedown attempt.
Filipovic fails to land with a series of punches.
Alli moves in looking to clinch but Filipovic pushes him off.
Filipovic loads up on a big right hand but Alli slips the punch.

Alli ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Alli looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Filipovic is fending him off so far but Alli persists. Nope, Filipovic circles away and we're back to standing.
Filipovic appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

Alli jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Filipovic is pawing at Alli, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Alli's nose. Alli is badly hurt! Filipovic pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Alli tries desperately to hold on but Filipovic is relentless in his assault! As Alli receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Filipovic away and this one is in the books!
