Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Keith Stone (ranked 21835 p4p, 331 weight class) and Carter Jose De La Cus (ranked 5011 p4p, 232 weight class). Jose De La Cus has chosen Patrick Cowley - Menergy as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Jose De La Cus throws a right hand that Stone ducks under and follows up with a left that Stone also avoids with ease.
Jose De La Cus ducks right into an uppercut from Stone.
Jose De La Cus on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Stone connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
The fighters circling - Jose De La Cus throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Stone seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Jose De La Cus takes one to the chin there.
Jose De La Cus scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Stone misses with a straight left.

A telegraphed right hand from Stone misses the target.
Stone ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Stone lands a jab.
A decent looking cross lands there for Stone.
Jose De La Cus misses with a looping right.
Stone cracks Jose De La Cus with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Jose De La Cus scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Stone is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Stone scores with a nice head shot.
Stone swings for the body but Jose De La Cus moves out of range.
No joy there for Jose De La Cus, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stone moves in looking to clinch but Jose De La Cus pushes him off.

and Jose De La Cus counters with a right, a left and a big uppercut that drops Stone to the mat! Jose De La Cus runs to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. 3,4,5,6 and Stone is back to his feet. He seems ready to continue - the ref agrees so we're back at it!

Carter Jose De La Cus decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
