Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michel Teló (ranked 1193 p4p, 167 weight class) and Steve The Smiling Assassin (ranked 1008 p4p, 143 weight class). Teló comes to the cage accompanied by Michel Telo - Ai se eu te pego. Michel Teló is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Smiling Assassin punishes Teló's body with a nice straight punch.
The Smiling Assassin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Teló sprawls well initially but The Smiling Assassin persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

We've been hearing good reports from Teló's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Teló has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think The Smiling Assassin should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Teló has tightened it up now! The Smiling Assassin should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
