The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Don misses with a body kick.
Don tries to land a front kick but Kinney steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Kinney seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Don throws a wild body kick that Kinney sees coming a mile off.

Kinney gets a clinch.
Kinney tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Don tries to break free but Kinney pushes him back against the cage.
Kinney is trying to pull guard but Don turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Don breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kinney doesn't manage to clinch there - Don circles away.
Don is trying to counter with his kicks.
Kinney avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kinney is looking for a counter combo.

Kinney pushes Don up against the cage in a clinch.
Kinney is trying to pull guard but Don turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Don tries to break free but Kinney pushes him back against the cage.

And Don responds with a good body kick, but Kinney manages to step out the way in time.

and Don finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Kinney is breathing heavily.
Don dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kinney. That did some damage!
Kinney looks to clinch
and Don counters with a three punch combo that has Kinney backing up. Kinney nods at Don to acknowledge the strikes.
A head kick from Don lands but Kinney takes it in his stride.

It looks like Myron Kinney has been cut.
Kinney could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Don lands a left and a right that send Kinney crashing to the mat, dazed. Don thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Kinney is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Don throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Kinney crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
