Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justin Midget (ranked 2755 p4p, 294 weight class) and Wang Qiang (ranked 2468 p4p, 265 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Wang Qiang enters the cage!

With a record of 7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wang Qiang!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Roberts and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Qiang tests Midget's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Midget looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Qiang cracks Midget with an open hand slap.
Qiang moves into range and connects with a jab.
Qiang comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Qiang misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Midget changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Midget looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Qiang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Qiang is trying to trip Midget. He has hold of a leg but Midget is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Qiang persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Qiang stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Midget swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Wang Qiang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Midget is fighting off a takedown attempt but Qiang is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Midget to the mat. Midget regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Well Qiang has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
