Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lothar Svantovit (ranked 2369 p4p, 253 weight class) and Billy Ray Badass (ranked 3058 p4p, 318 weight class). Svantovit comes to the cage accompanied by Stone Cold Metal - Ensiferum. Billy Ray Badass has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lothar Svantovit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Ray Badass!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badass throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Svantovit on the side of the head.
It looks like Lothar Svantovit has been cut.
No luck for Badass with that takedown attempt.
Svantovit leaves Badass with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Badass shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Svantovit pinned against the cage. Svantovit gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Lothar Svantovit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Ray Badass.
Badass shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Badass showed some decent athleticism there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Badass is keen to just control but Svantovit is a slippery customer.

Badass lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Badass thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Svantovit's head.
Badass passes to full mount!
Svantovit is wriggling around trying to escape.
Badass is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Svantovit is forced to tap! Great finish!
