The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A head kick from Martinez lands but Housasi takes it in his stride.
Martinez has been working on his boxing with his coaches at ~T~ Troid - Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Housasi darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Leonard Martinez has been cut.
Martinez connects with a single shot there.
Housasi swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
And Martinez counters with a quick kick to the body but Housasi blocks it.

Housasi throws a right hand that Martinez ducks under and follows up with a left that Martinez also avoids with ease.
Martinez is looking for a counter combo.
Housasi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Martinez finds it's way round the side to connect with Housasi's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
