Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Derrick Ferguson (ranked 4125 p4p, 333 weight class) and Sun Ming (ranked 4908 p4p, 366 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Ming counters with a thumping low kick.
Ferguson misses the shot to the body.

Ming clinches up with Ferguson and pushes him back against the cage.

Ming throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ferguson s head.
Ferguson tries to circle away but Ming has him pinned against the cage.

Ming creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Ferguson with a big uppercut! Ferguson tries to clinch up but Ming pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Ferguson to the mat! Ferguson covers up and Ming unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Sun Ming tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
