Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Neil (ranked 696 p4p, 100 weight class) and Anderson Aldo (ranked 414 p4p, 56 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Neil might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Allman Brothers Band - Midnight Rider. James Neil could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Anderson Aldo's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neil on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Aldo's corner calls for a 1-2. Aldo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Aldo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Neil is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Neil swings for the body but Aldo moves out of range.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Aldo in particular looking to stall.

Aldo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Neil avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Neil is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Aldo.
Neil shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Aldo sprawls well. Aldo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Neil gets slowly back to his feet.

That's time! Neil's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
