Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Santos (ranked 2125 p4p, 268 weight class) and Jurgen Tetsuo (ranked 2453 p4p, 298 weight class). Jorge Santos is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jorge Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jurgen Tetsuo!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Dean Styles and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Santos misses.
Tetsuo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Santos.
Tetsuo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Santos throws out the jab.
Tetsuo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Santos. Santos obviously looking to wear him down.
Santos takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Santos scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Tetsuo on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Tetsuo just misses with a punch to the body.
Tetsuo thuds a left hand into Santos's body.
Tetsuo jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Tetsuo catches Santos with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Santos misses with a takedown attempt - Tetsuo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Jurgen Tetsuo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tetsuo drops his hands momentarily and Santos takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Santos tries a head kick but it misses.
Tetsuo steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Santos.

Santos changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tetsuo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Tetsuo is trying to buck Santos off.
We've been hearing good reports from Santos's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Tetsuo is looking to regain half guard here but Santos keeps moving and retains side control.
Tetsuo is pushing Santos's head away, looking to escape. Santos manages to hold on to the position though.
Santos throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Tetsuo is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Santos has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Santos cracks Tetsuo with a big right hand but Tetsuo just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Santos content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Tetsuo is trying to control Santos's posture but Santos avoids it.

Santos is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tetsuo is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Tetsuo is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Santos is controlling him well.

You can see the frustration on Tetsuo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Tetsuo pushes Santos away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Santos gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Santos shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Santos showed some decent athleticism there.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Santos in particular looking to stall.
Tetsuo looks like he's trying to stand up.
Santos tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tetsuo knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Tetsuo felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Tetsuo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Santos's head backwards.
Santos connects with a nice looking jab.
Santos pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Tetsuo lands a slapping body shot.
Tetsuo misses with a double jab
and Santos cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Santos is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tetsuo can do to turn this around?

Tetsuo throws out a loose jab but Santos uses good head movement to avoid it.
Santos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tetsuo manages to avoid it.
Santos throws a low kick, looking for Tetsuo's leg but Tetsuo calmly moves out of range.
It seemed like Tetsuo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Tetsuo thuds his right hand into Santos's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

and Tetsuo counters with a right hand to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Santos walks into a jab.
Santos throws a hook to the side of Tetsuo's head but Tetsuo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Tetsuo connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Tetsuo avoids a kick to the body.

Tetsuo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Santos is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tetsuo.

Tetsuo throws out a counter right but Santos avoids it with no problem.

and Santos counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tetsuo connects with a body shot.
Santos connects with a solid leg kick.
Tetsuo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Santos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Tetsuo stuffs the takedown.
Santos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Santos missing with a left hand there. Tetsuo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tetsuo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Santos sets himself, and Tetsuo steps forward looking for the clinch! Santos avoids it this time.

Santos throws a sloppy head kick and Tetsuo moves out of range easily.

Tetsuo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nice straight punches there by Santos. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Santos.

Tetsuo scores with the left hand. Santos knows he should have avoided that one.
Nice uppercut lands for Tetsuo. That snapped Santos's head back.


Santos is rocked!
Are you kidding me?! Tetsuo ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Santos clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jurgen Tetsuo!
An out of breath Jurgen Tetsuo thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
