Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Tahar Heart (ranked 20234 p4p, 699 weight class) and Kevin Ryan (ranked 22111 p4p, 684 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tahar Heart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Heart looks low and kicks high, catching Ryan right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!

No joy there for Heart, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kevin Ryan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Ryan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
