And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Randell Miranda!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kakka loads up on a big right hand but Miranda slips the punch.
Kakka fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Miranda is looking for the big counter here.
Miranda misses with a jab, cross combination.
Miranda misses with a leg kick
and Kakka counters with a left to the body.
Miranda moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kakka. Miranda does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kakka darts in looking for a takedown but Miranda gets double underhooks and turns Kakka into the cage.
No joy there for Miranda, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kakka throws a head kick but Miranda moves out of range.
Miranda throws a wild body kick that Kakka sees coming a mile off.
Miranda falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Kakka counter with a right hand.
Miranda blocks a head kick by Kakka.
Kakka fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Niudu Kakka. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kakka throws a right and a left that Miranda avoids nicely.
Randell Miranda is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kakka tries to bum rush Miranda with a series of wild strikes but Miranda uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Miranda swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kakka counters with a stiff right hand.
Miranda goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Kakka throws a head kick that misses.
Miranda lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Miranda.
Miranda misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Miranda rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kakka moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kakka lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Randell Miranda has been cut.
Randell Miranda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Miranda works over Kakka's head and body with a nice combination.
Kakka throws a right hand that Miranda ducks under and follows up with a left that Miranda also avoids with ease.

Kakka closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Kakka manages to break the clinch.
Kakka connects with a stiff jab that staggers Miranda - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
