PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Willie McCoy (ranked 4453 p4p, 425 weight class) and Tommy Ebbitt (ranked 5645 p4p, 580 weight class). McCoy comes to the cage accompanied by Big Iron. Ebbitt has chosen DMX-Ain't No Sunshine as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Willie McCoy has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Willie McCoy seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCoy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ebbitt circles away quickly and effectively.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ebbitt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

McCoy pulls Ebbitt in close to his closed guard and prevents Ebbitt from doing any damage or advancing position.

McCoy wants to work for an arm triangle but Ebbitt is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

During a confident post fight interview, Willie McCoy thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
